Granite Ridge Addition ... Right-of-way and boundary street improvement will be required on Woodyard Road. The right-of-way is a total of 50 feet, and a paved width of 27 feet. Therefore, one-half of the street improvements and right-of-way dedication will be required. ... Stormwater detention required on -site. 2. Kanis Commercial Park ... Right-of-way dedication and boundary street improvements are required on Kanis Road. Show the detention volumes and the detention areas on the plat. 3. Landmark Phase II Mobile Home Development Stormwater detention shall be required on site. It is suggested that the area for stormwater detention be located in the vicinity of Lot 1 on the southeast corner of the project. The utility easements shown at various corners on the plat should be rounded instead of squared. 4. United Cerebral Palsy Group - 36th Street ... Right-of-way dedication and boundary street improvements will be required on 36th Street. This street is a minor arterial, therefore, a required 40 foot dedication from centerline is required. Leewood Mountain Addition - Lot 89 The minimum floor elevation for the proposed structure on Lot 89-A is required to be at least one foot above the 100 Year Flood elevation of Foreman Lake. 7.
