Staff was very inhibited in its review of this item
due to an inadequate submission. The applicant must
formally submit in a letter the square footage of each
building and identify it on the plan by a mark, put
location map on the plat, show parking layout and
state parking spaces proposed, provide information
on the proposed use (mini - warehouses?), explain
hatching on site plan, and confirm acceptance of
inverted crown in parking lot by the City Engineers.
