This letter serves as a follow-up to two telephone conversations. One between Ms.
Betard at the Planning Department and one between you and I, both calls were on
July 18, 1988.
My client, the American Cancer Society, agrees to provide a 5'-0" opaque screen
consisting of either the retaining wall depicted within the plans submitted for
review or a cedar fence along the East property of the subject property. The
actual design of this screen will be coordinated with and approved by the Office
of Comprensive Planning in advance of i t s construction. The visual screen may be
a combination of the retaining wall and cedar fence as conditions require.
