LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract of land being part of the NE;, NW$ of Section 24, T-2-N,
R-14-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas and being more particularly
described as follows: Commencing at a found iron pin accepted
as the SE Corner of the said NE'z, NW4 of Section 24; thence
N 04°03'40" W, 103.30 feet to a found iron pin, said iron pin
being the point of beginning- thence North, 104.48 feet to a
found iron pin; thence N .58127'I0"-W, 2".04 feet -to a found iron
pin; thence S 00°09'22" E, 104.20 feet to a found iron pin;
thence S 88°22'21" E, 208.76 feet to the point of beginning,
said tract of land containing 0.50 acres more or less.
The above described property subject to a 17 ft. wide Right -of -
Way Dedication as shown hereon.
The above description is based in part on a survey made by Donald
W. Brooks and dated, January 15, 1985
