Beginning at the Southwest corner of Block 5, College Park Addition; run thence
North 01 degree 49 minutes 00 seconds East along the West line of Block 5 and
said line extended a distance of 284.35 feet to a point on the South right-of-
way line of Interstate Highway No. 440; run thence South 87 degrees 56 minutes
00 seconds East along said South right-of-way line a distance of 204.45 feet
to a right-of-way fence corner; run thence South 50 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds
East along the Southwesterly right-of-way of Annie M. Bankhead Drive a distance
of 354.45 feet; run thence.South 37 degrees 49 minutes 25 seconds West a distance
of 79.00 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of East 33rd Street; run
thence North 88 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds West along said North line of East
