Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Block 5, College Park Addition; run thence
North 01 degree 49 minutes East along the West line of Block 5 and said line
extended a distance of 284.35 feet to a point on the South right-uf-way line of
Interstate Highway No. 440; run thence South 87 degrees 56 minutes East along
said South right-of-way line a distance of 204.45 feet to a right-of-way fence
corner; r t thence South 50 degrees 53 minutes East along the Southwesterly
right-of-way of Annie M. Bankhead Drive a distance of 354.45 feet; run thence
South 37 degrees 49 minutes 25 seconds West a distance of 79.0 feet to a point
on the North right-of-way line of East 33rd Street; run thence North 88 degrees
48 minutes West along said North line of East 33rd Street and the South line of
Blocks 4 and 5, College Park Addition a distance of 440.0 feet to the Point of
Beginning, and containing 104,933 square feet or 2.409 acres, more or less.
The above description includes portions of Sanders Avenue and East 32nd Street
and the alleys in Blocks 4 and 5.
I certify that I surveyed the above described property in accordance with existing
monuments in the area. Visible encroachments, if any, are indicated on the plat.
