ANALYSIS: The applicant has agreed to provide a revised site plan to indicate a pump house to be built near Shackleford Road. Also, he has filed a Board of Adjustment request for a height variance on one of the buildings that is approximately one foot over what it required. Staff is requesting a treatment plan on a 39 inch raw water line and the provision of 5-foot plans strips if possible. D. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval, subject to comments made. SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW: The applicant agreed to comply with staff's comments and Engineering offered no adverse comments. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The applicant was present.
