BILL OF ASSURANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, First State Bank, Beebe, Arkansas is the sole owner of
the following described property: Lots 13-16, Block 5, Gibraltar
Heights to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and desires to replat
said lots:
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the said First State Bank, Beebe, Arkansas, hereinafter
termed Grantor, has caused said tract of land to be surveyed by
Joe D. White, Registered Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made
which is identified by the title Plat of Lots 13R and 14R, Shadow
Ridge, Third Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and the
date May 9, 1990 and by the signature of the said land surveyor
and the said grantor, and bears a Certificate of Approval executed
by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is of record in the
office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, in plat Book , Page and the grantor
does hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantor does hereby certify that it has replatted said real
estate in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said
plat shall be forever known as designed on said plat; and every
deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the
office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski
County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of
the streets and easements shown on the, said plat. All buildings
constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the
street than the building line shown on the plat, and all buildings
shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code and
Zoning Ordinance of th eciyt of Little Rock, Arkansas.
