A TRACT OF LAND BEING PART OF THE W1 OF THE SEI OF THE SW} OF SECTION 35;
T-1-N, R-13-W, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Beginning at the NE corner of the said W}, SEI, SWI, of Section 35; thence
North 88 degrees 42 minutes 25 seconds West along the North line of the
said W}, SEi, SW} of Section 35, 272.15 feet; thence South 00 degrees 47
minutes 58 seconds West, 183.00 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-
way line of Interstate Highway 30; thence North 66 degrees 04 minutes East
along the said Northerly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 30, 299.55
feet to a point on the East line of the said W}, SEI, SWI of Section 35; then
North 00 degrees 52-minutes 16 seconds East along the East line of the said
W}, SEI, SWI of Section 35, 55.32 feet to the point of beginning, said
tract of land containing 0.74 acres, more or less.
I hereby certify that I have on this date surveyed the above described
property in accordance with monument found, and that this plat conforms
to that survey.

TBM Q Cotton picker spindle driven horizontally into P.P. approximately
1.0 foot above the ground and located 250 feet `- Southwest of the
SW corner of property along the Northerly right-of-way line of
Interstate Highway 30. Elevation= 278.19 feet.

ET-11, 1960 set in top of concrete curb at the Northwest corner of the
Baseline Road overpass bridge over Interstate Highway 30. Elevation= 324.96
feet.
