Part of the North 112 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section
4, T-1-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 2, Burrows Graham Commercial
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book "B", Page 845; thence South 57°14'07" East
132.94 feet; thence South 02°22'55" West 386.32 feet; thence North 89°04'15"
west 60.97 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 11, Markham Commercial
Subdivision thence continuing North 89004'15" West 189.97 feet to a point lying
on the East right-of-way line of Bowman Road (80' R-W), said point being the
Northwest corner of said Lot 11; thence along said East right-of-way, followiny
