follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 2, Burrows Graham Commercial
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book "B", Page 845; thence South 57"14'07" East
132.94 feet; thence South 02°22'55" West 38b.32 feet; thence North 89.04'15"
West 60.97 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 11, Markham Commercial
Subdivision thence continuing North 89.04'15" West 189.97 feet to a point lying
on the East right-of-way line of Bowman Road (80' R-W), said point being the
Northwest corner of said Lot 11; thence along said East right-of-way, following
a curve to the left having a radius of 548.00 feet, a central angle of 42°36'24"
and a chord which bears North 04°22'43" West 398.18 feet; thence North 72"58'08"
