Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book "B", Page 845; thence South 57°14'07" East

West 60.97 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 11, Markham Commercial
Subdivision thence continuing North 89°04'15" West 189.97 feet to a point lying
on the East right-of-way line of Bowman Road (80' R-W), said point being the
Northwest corner of said Lot 11; thence along said East right-of-way, following
