Revision of an approved preliminary.
STAFF REPORT:
The applicant is requesting to revise an approved plat to
provide a 6' wall along Cantrell, much like other
subdivisions in western Little Rock that have security
fences. A 4' fence was originally approved on the plat.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approval.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW:
The issue was reviewed and passed to the Commission.

A motion for approval was made and passed by a vote of 11 ayes,
