B. Development Objectives
(1) To provide an asset to the neighborhood by
provision of an attractive and clean project.
C. Development Proposal
(1) The provision of three buildings (20,000 square
feet of storage space) on a 1.63 acre site which
will be enclosed in a 6' chain link fence with the
east and north sides covered by a privacy fence.
(2) Construction will include:
Building A..............165' x 30'
Building B..............224' x 30'
Building C..............284' x 30'

(3) The use of the large utility easement area for
paved parking and turnaround space.
(4) The provision of a small office in Building A for
on -site attendant.
(5) Access to be provided by a 30' easement drive.
D. Engineering Considerations
Explain whether or not drive will be combined with
existing driveway.

Staff has found no problems of significance. The
applicant is requested, however, to provide specifics
relative to the proposed office space, so it can be
determined whether or not parking spaces are required.
