This is a request to revise an approved site plan by adding
two buildings: (1) a 50' x 1601, (2) a 40' x 120' for use
as warehouse/storage space, and (3) revising the location of
the parking area for the RV's.
Staff has no problems with the request.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approval.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW:
Since the applicant was not at the Subdivision Committee
meeting, the item was not reviewed.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
A motion for deferral of the revised plan was made and
passed by a vote of: 11 ayes, 0 noes and 0 absent.

as warehouse/storage space, and (3) revising the location of
the parking area for the RV's.
Staff has no problems with the request.

The applicant agreed to submit a revised plan that showed a
10-foot minimum separation between buildings and gain Fire
Chief approval.
