Dear Department of Planning and Development,
I am writing to request a rezoning of 14104 Taylor Loop Road from PDC to C-2 classification- As
the current owner of the hair salon at this address, I plan to continue operating it as such and
potentially expand to include a massage therapist, aesthetician, and other allowable
businesses.
I have attached the necessary documentation required for the application of rezoning. Moreover,
I have a valid health department license and have passed the Rock Fire Marshal inspection,
ensuring compliance and safety.
