Attached are the drawings, application, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
The owner and developer for this project would like to subdivide the property into two parcels. Each
parcel will have direct access to a public street. The proposed property line is on the edge of the
existing driveway which is a little more than a foot off the closest structure.
The existing ownership is ALRM Little Rock, LLC with the address of 164 Atlantic Ave. Apartment 2E,
Brooklyn NY, 11201. The Source of Title is Instrument Number: 2022-026252. There are applicable
existing covenants and restrictions on the land. The source of water is Central Arkansas Water and
wastewater disposal is provided by Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority
