City of Little Rock Planning and Development Comments: 1. Any proposed site lighting will be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. 2. Any exterior signage will comply with Section 36-553 of the Zoning Code. 3. Proposed building elevations are attached as a pdf file. Fire Marshal Derek Ingram and Captain Tony Rhodes comments: 1. Section D104.1 Buildings exceeding three stories or 30 feet in height: The proposed administration building will be approximately 29 feet in height. If it is 30’-0” in height then two means of fire apparatus will be included. 2. Section D104.2: The total building square footage is approximately 12,000 sq.ft. 3. Section D104.3: If two fire apparatus access roads are required, then will comply. 3. Section D105.1: Will not exceed 30’. 4. Section D105.2: Does not apply. 5. Section D105.3: Access route is next to building. 6. Section D105.4: Overhead utility and power lines will not be located over the aerial fire apparatus access road or between the aerial fire apparatus road and the building. 7. Section 103.4 Dead Ends. Will comply. 8. Section 103.5: Gates. Will comply. 9. Section C101-C105: Will comply with proper location of fire hydrants. Central Arkansas Water comments: 1. Refer to attached Site Plan showing existing water utilities that are currently in service. If there are any further questions, please give us a call at 501-975-0052.
