Thank you for the email and letting us all know the staff will review the applications early next week. If you wouldn't mind copying all of us on the email if staff has questions/comments.

Staff is scheduled to review applications for the July 11, 2024, Planning Commission meeting early next week. If staff has questions/comments/suggestions, you will receive them via email.
I have attached the notice form for your convenience; however, you will receive a separate email that contains the instructions and dates to notify landowners. Staff forwards the notice
instructions to all applicants succinctly for tracking purposes.
If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Hope you are doing well. I left a voice message but also thought I’d email. Matt Runge, Operations Director with Our House submitted an application to revise Phase 3 of the 2020 approved
POD on May 9, 2024.
Thank you for working with him on the application. Reasons for this email is to check in to see if there are any comments from the City of LR and other departments as well as to see
if you can email us a different form to send to property owners within 200’?
