Rental (STR) permit, and to introduce you to our property at 15 Oakwood Rd situated in the
heart of Little Rock.
Our home, a 2200 sqft, two-story house with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably
sleeps up to 8 guests. It is perfectly suited for families in between homes or contractors/
professionals on work stays. The house includes a king bed, three queen beds, and features
like an adjustable standing desk, a fenced backyard, a cozy patio, and two -car carport. This
setup is ideal for both leisure and work, providing a comfortable stay for our guests.
The property is fully equipped to cater to the needs of those looking for a comfortable stay. Its
central location ensures easy access to local amenities, offering a convenient and home -like
experience to our guests. We aim to provide a welcoming and comfortable 'home away from
home' for everyone who stays with us.
We are committed to abiding by the City of Little Rock's rules and regulations for operating an
STR. Our focus is not only on providing a memorable and comfortable stay for our guests but
