CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TFIE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
11 Z-9987 — DESCRIBED AS LOT 2 (UNRECORDED) OF TRIANGLE PROPERTIES
12 INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
13 COMMENCING AT A POINT LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
14 LOT 3, TRIANGLE PROPERTIES INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (AS RECORDED IN
15 PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 41; RECORDS OF PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT CLERK);
16 SAID POINT LOCATED ON THE SOUTHERN RIGHT OF WAY OF INTERSTATE
17 NO. 30; SAID POINT ALSO BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE

28 Arkansas, and the Designated District Map, be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
29 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
30 Section 3. SeverabMity. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
31 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
32 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
33 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
34 ordinance.
I Section 5. Repeater. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
2 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
