P: 501-868-3837 F: 501-868-6024 To Whom It May Concern: Central Acquisitions, LLC is requesting to re -zone our property located at 14410 Cantrell Road from the current PCD to PCD w/C-3 permitted uses. Currentlly there is a single-family structure that was being used as an office. There will be no dumpster located on the site and there is no request for signage on the property. We are not proposing any new parking on the site. There will be no outdoor storage of equipment or material of vehicles. Any storage activities will take place in the exiting warehouse building located in the rear of the site. The reason for this re -zoning request from PCD to PCD w/ C-3 permitted uses is so there are more potential businesses the could inquire about the purchase of this property.
