D. Staff Analysis
Staff recommends that the site plan be more specific
relative to dimensioning. No adverse impact is
expected from the development.
E. Staff Recommendation
Approval, subject to comments made.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW:
The Committee reviewed the application. The applicant
promised to provide a properly dimensioned site plan. Water
Works reported that on -site fire facilities were required,
along with a 15-foot easement adjoining the north
right-of-way of Asher Avenue.

PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
The applicant was present. Mr. Ed Gray and two other
persons from the neighborhood expressed concerns about the -
possibility of liability for a retaining wall on the north
which is currently leaning to the south. The engineer of
the project, Mr. Joe White, said that the wall would be
checked out prior to development. A motion for approval was
made and passed by a vote of 11 ayes, 0 noes and 0 absent.
