That whereas we, Sylwester and Irena Pupkowski, are the owners of
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 15, Park View Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
We hereby dedicate this radius to the public: Part of Lot 1, Block 15,
Park View Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
described as follows: Beginning at the NW corner of said Lot 1, thence
S 89'24'34" E, along the north line of said Lot 1, 20.2 feet to a curve;
thence along a curve to the left having a 20 foot radius and chord
bearing and distance of S 45'17'38" W, 28.48 feet to a point on the west
line of said Lot 1; thence North along said west line 20.2 feet to the
point of beginning.
That we, Sylwester and Irena Pupkowski, hereinafter termed
grantors, have caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by Brooks
Surveying Inc., Professional Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made
which is identified by the title of Lots 1R, 2R and 3R, replat of Lots
1, 2 & 3, Block 15, Park View Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and
the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the
Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of
Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as
Instrument No. and the grantors do hereby make
this Bill of Assurance.

The grantors do hereby certify that they said real estate in
accordance with said Plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be
forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for
said property shall use this designation.
The purpose of this plat is to replat according to the approval for
a PRD.

conform to the rules and regulations of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
