REQUEST: To revise an approved site plan.
STAFF REPORT:
This is a request to revise an approved site plan by
relocating five buildings for condominium use to the eastern
side of the northernmost cul-de-sac and redesigning this
cul-de-sac. Staff has no problems with the request.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approval.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW:
The applicant was present. The application was reviewed by
the Committee and passed to the Commission.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
A motion for approval was made and passed by a vote of:
9 ayes, 0 noes and 2 absent.
