Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Tract 7, Hillvale Addition; thence south
720 35' 20" east 344.24 feet to a point on the east line of the west 112 of said tract
7; thence south 000 45' 54" west along said east line 438.98 feet to a point on the
north line of a 50' wide Little Rock Water Works easement; thence north 87' 25' 51"
west along said north line 219.11 feet; thence north 78' 18' 19" West along said
north line 290.87 feet; thence north 81' 37' 00" west along said north line 381.77
feet; thence north 33' 50' 55" east 665.57 feet; thence south 87' 59' 06" east
200.00 feet to a point on the east line of tract 3, Hillvale Addition; thence south
00' 54' 05" west along said east line 100.00 feet to the point of beginning containing
9.018 acres, more or less.
