KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT
That whereas I, David K. Wade, is the owner of: Lots 1 and 2, Castle Valley Subdivision to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
I, David K. Wade, do hereby dedicate a radius to the City of Little Rock, more fully described as follows:
Part of Lot 1, Castle Valley Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows:
Begin at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence N 88°07'45" E, along north line of said Lot 1; thence along a curve
to the left having a radius of 25 feet and a chord bearing and distance of S 43*56'18" E, 35.85 feet to a point on the
West line of said Lot 1; thence N 0°15'10" W, along said West line, 25.0 feet to the point of beginning.
That , the City of Little Rock, hereinafter termed grantors, has caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by
Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Registered Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title
of LOT 1 R, being a replat of Lots 1 & 2, Castle Valley Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by
the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on recor in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas as instrument No, rZ,,'D and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of
Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this plat is to make two lots into one lot.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas. The buildings lines shown on the plat are as the buildings were constructed.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
