Give justifications/request variance or lots exceeding lot to depth ratio. 3. 15 foot building line variance. 4. Give justification for all requested variances. 5. Show sidewalks. 6. Give notice if required. 7. Indicate abutting ownerships according to Ordinance requirements. 8. Building line in excess of 25 feet required on lots abutting Bowman Road. D. Enaineerinq Comments: 1. No problem with variance. 2. Provide justification for D. 3. All access on double frontage lots should be off Ridgewood. 4. Show sidewalks on internal streets. 5. December 16, 1986 SUBDIVISIONS Item No. 4 - Continued SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW: The applicant explained that Tract A was reserved and Tracts B, C, and D would be open space. He requested waivers of the lot to depth requirement and agreed to provide street improvements and sidewalks as required by Ordinance, and to get with Enginering regarding the waiver requested (D). PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: A motion for approval subject to sidewalks, Shady Creek and Forest Brook Drives was made and passed by a vote of: 11 ayes, 0 noes and 0 absent.
