Little Rock Wastew, ti,r wrote the approval letter for this project this morning. Little Rock Wastewater has no objectioi to issuing build Ing permits for these lots, but with the understanding that LRW will not sell a col riection permit for any of the lots mentioned above until the sewer main being construc E:d has been accepted by Little Rock Wastewater.
