Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-9749 Artspace – PCD Southwest corner of East 7th Street and College Street   Development Comments: 1. Provide building elevations with building floor and roof heights. 2. Provide cross sections through site. 3. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. 4. Provide site / building signage plan. All signage must conform with the ordinance requirements for commercial signs (Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance). 5. Provide list of uses for areas of building designated as Commercial (C-3). 6. Provide floor area of building for areas designated as residential use and non-residential use.
