LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS

RIGHT OF WAY DEDICATION
Part of Lots 4 thru 9, Block 81, John Barrow Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and part of an abandoned alley lying between Lots 4 thru 9, inclusive,
Block 81, more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Northwest corner of said Lot 9, thence East, along the existing right of West
281E Street, 285 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 6; thence S 0°18'37" E, along the
East right of way of Zion Street, 144 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence
West along the South line of said Lot 4, 5 feet; thence N 00'18'37" W, 119 feet to a
curve; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 20 feet, a chord bearing and
distance of N 45°09' 19" W, 28.36 feet; thence West along the new South right of way of
28s' Street, 235 feet to a curve; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 20 feet,
a chord bearing and distance of S 44°50'42" W, 28.2 feet to the new West right of way of
Cobb Street; thence S 0°18'37" E, along said new West right of way, 119.0 feet; thence
West 5 feet to the Southwest comer of said Lot 9; thence N 0°l8'37" W, along the old
East right of way of Cobb Street, 144 feet to the point of beginning.
ALLEY ABANDONMENT
A 10 foot alley lying between Lots 4-6 and Lot 7-9, Block 81, John Barrow Addition to
