SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW: The issue was identified as whether or not the applicant should be required to dedicate and build a 20-foot access easement that currently serves neighboring single family residences. The applicant stated that he did not want to be responsible for these improvements; however, the easement would be paved since it's on his property.
