being more particularly described as: Starting at the Northwest corner

the West line of said NW44. SE';, 60.0 ft. to a point, said point being
located on the South right-of-way line Evergreen Road; thence to the
left, along said South right-of-way line being the arc of a 180.87 ft.
radius curve to the left, having an arc distance of 138.9 ft, to the
point of beginnning; thence Northeasterly and continuing along said
South right-of-way line, being the arc of a 120.8 ft. radius curve to
the right, having a chord bearing and distance of N66044'E, 95.42 ft.
to apoint; thence East along said South right-of-way line, 684.40 ft.
to a point; thence Southeasterly along said South right-of-way line,
being the arc of a 280.0 ft. radius curve to the right, having a chard
bearing and distance of S68042'00"E, 203.45 ft. to a point; thence con-
tinue Southeasterly along said South right-of-way line, being the arc
