A tract of land located in the NW; of the SE%- of Sec. 36, T 2N, R 13W,
being more particularly described as: Starting at the Northwest corner
of the NW4, SE4, said Section 36; thence South along the West line of
said NW'-, SE;, 291.0 ft. to a point; thence East, at right angles to
the West line of said NWY4, SE'4, 60.0 ft. to a point, said point being
located on the South right-of-way line Evergreen Road; thence to the
left, along said South right-of-way line being the arc of a 180.87 ft.
radius curve to the left, having an arc distance of 138.9 ft. to the
point of beginnning; thence Northeasterly and continuing along said
South right-of-way line, being the arc of a 120.8 ft. radius curve to
the right, having a chord bearing and distance of N66044'E, 95.42 ft.
to a point; thence East along said South right-of-way line, 684.40 ft.
to a point; thence Southeasterly along said South right-of-way line,
being the arc of a 280.0 ft. radius curve to the right, having a chord
bearing and distance of S68042'00"E, 203.45 ft. to a point; thence con-
tinue Southeasterly along said South right-of-way line, being the arc
of a 310.4 ft. radius curve to the left, having a chord bearing and
distance of S54055'40"E, 81.84 ft. to a point on the North line of a
50 ft. Little Rock Municipal Water Works Easement, said North line
being 20 ft. North of the centerline of a 39" raw water line; thence
Westerly along the North line of said Easement the following �rearings
and distances: S86040'20"W, 260.35 ft.; S85013'20"W, 427.76 ft.;
N83017'26"W, 86.27 ft. and N72040'50"W, 310.45 ft. to a point on the
South right-of-way line of Evergreen Road; thence Northeasterly- along
said South right-of-way line, being the arc of 180.87 ft. rebus curve
to the left, having a chord bearing and distance of N51029'E, 50.77
