Storm Drainage Design:
This site is located on 11308 and 11606 Dreher Road. A detailed hydraulic analysis of the
site has been completed. There are two ridges that run through the site creating three
main drainage basins. Basin 1 and 2 drains to north eastern side ditch which runs
adjacent to Dreher Road. Basin 3 flows to south side.
This site is being developed a residential subdivision. Lots are larger than an acre. This
drainage study is being done for sizing culverts. There are two existing driveways. Lot 7
has a driveway which is a dry ramp. Lot 1 has a driveway with an existing culvert that
needs to be replaced by 24” culvert.
The drainage calculations for the site are included in the attachments.
