3 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 15,790 (SEPTEMBER
4 20,2022)TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXTEND THE 2024-
5 2025 CONTRACT TERM WITH ENTERPRISE FM TRUST IN AN
6 AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS
7 ($300,000.00), TO LEASE FORTY-EIGHT (45) VEHICLES FOR THE
8 LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS,it is critical that the Little Rock Police Department Special Investigation Division(LRPD-
11 SID)be equipped with reliable forms of vehicular transportation;and,
12 WHEREAS,Little Rock Resolution 15,790 (September 20, 2022)("LRR No. 15,790")the Board of
13 Directors authorized the City Manager to execute a Contract with Enterprise FM Trust to Lease forty-eight
14 vehicles on behalf of the Little Rock Police Department for an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty
15 Thousand Dollars($250,000.00);and,
16 WHEREAS, vendor selection was made through the Arkansas State Contract No. SP-20-0001,
17 NASPO Value Point No. 9408 with an expiration date of September 15,2025; and,
18 WHEREAS, Little Rock Resolution 16,410 (August 20, 2024) ("LRR No. 16,410") the Board of
19 Directors authorized the City Manager to Amend the 2023-2024 Contract term with Enterprise FM Trust
20 to increase the Vehicle Lease by Eighty-One Thousand,Four Hundred Thirty-Six and 35/100($81,436.35)
21 Dollars for a total 2024 contract amount of not to exceed Three Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Four
22 Hundred Thirty-Six and 35/100 Dollars($331,436.35);and
23 WHEREAS,LRPD-SID requests a contract modification to increase the final contract year 2024-2025
24 Lease Vehicle cost by Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) for a total increase from Two Hundred Fifty
25 Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) to an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Thousand Dollars
26 ($300,000.00);with funding available in the Special Investigation Division Account No. 105215-65140;
27 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
28 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
29 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to amend the lease contract with Enterprise FM Trust,to
30 provide a Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) increase from Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
31 ($250,000.00)to an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Thousand Dollars($300,000.00),for the leasing
32 of forty-five(45)Vehicles on behalf of the Little Rock Police Department for the fmal contract term year.

1 Section 2. The funding for the leased vehicles is available in the Special Investigation Division
2 Account No. 105215-065140.
3 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
4 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
5 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
6 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
7 resolution.
8 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, including but not limited to Little Rock,Ark.
9 Resolution No. 15,790(September 20,2022),or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with the provisions
10 of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
