E. Analysis
Staff's comments concern the requested variance of
improvements to Alexander Road. Since this division
represents only a small portion of a much larger
estate, which is in the process of being sold, staff
would much rather defer the improvements to the larger
ownership at this time and request that this
application dedicate the required right-of-way for the
total site.
F. Staff Recommendation
Approval of the plat, subject to right-of-way
dedication for the entire tract and deferral of
improvements to Alexander Road when larger ownership is
developed.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW:
The item was reviewed by the Committee. The applicant
agreed to comply with staff's wishes for immediate
right-of-way dedication and deferral of the improvements to
a later date for the entire tract.
