Please find the following response to staff comments:
Development – 1) Will comply, attached is a copy of the executed contract between both parties.
2) We don’t find a street ROW Agreement under the subdivision application.
3) There are applicable and existing covenants on the land.
4) We are not aware of any variance requests with this application.
5) A vicinity map has been added to the preliminary plat.
6) A building line has been added on Lot 8A as requested.
7) The storm drainage report has been attached.
8) The contiguous landowners have been added to the preliminary plat.

10) The filing fee will be paid under separate cover.
