RE: Z-9884-A Community Living #6 Group Home – Special Use Permit 4 Jack Nicklaus Cove Development Staff Comments: 1. How many residents live in the house? 4 2. Provide number of staff. Staff presence is provided in rotating 8-12 hour shifts. At least 1 staff, but no more than 2 staff will be present if any resident is present. 3. Will staff live at the residence? No. While staff will be available to residents at all times, they will not reside in the home. 4. Provide total square footage of each bedroom. BR #1- 208 sq ft (Master) BR #2- 180 sq ft BR #3- 130 sq ft BR #4- 128 sq ft 5. How many people will reside in each bedroom? 1 resident per bedroom 6. Provide information on services that will be provided to residents. Home based support services will be provided to assist residents with completing daily living tasks. (Cooking, cleaning, shopping, etc.) 7. Will any residents have their own vehicles? If a resident is a licensed driver and has access to a vehicle, they are able to drive. There are no current residents of this location that drive. 8. Will AEDD provide transportation for the residents? AEDD Direct Support staff does provide transportation for residents who do not drive themselves.
