County, Arkansas, described as follows: Beginning at a point which is 263.32 feet North of the
Southeast corner of said SE 1/4 SE1/4 Section 14; thence run South 89 degrees 16 minutes West
208.7 feet; thence run North 208.7 feet; thence run North 89 degrees 16 minutes East 208.7 feet to

point of beginning.
