Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide complete information sheet (attached)
2. Will employees of the business report to this location and park and then take equipment to the job site; if so, provide the number of employees.
3. Provide a detailed site plan showing the area to be devoted to parking, storage of equipment and storage of trucks and/or trailers.
4. Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, show that on the site plan with required screening. Dumpster areas must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
5. Will there be any signage? If so,any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
6. Provide hours and days of operation.
7. Will there be any new structures constructed on site? If so, show on site plan.
