Applicant Responses are due no later than Tuesday, April 16, 2024. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted

RE: Z-9979 Perez Manufactured Home – Conditional Use Permit

Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide a site plan showing where the proposed manufactured home will be located on the property.
2. Proposed house must be located 25 feet back from the floodway.
3. Show the following on the site plan:
a) Dimensions of the house
b) Dimensions from house to all property lines
c) Show any accessory structures that either exist or are planned ( carport, storage building….etc….)
d) Show all porches, decks and stairs.
f) Show location of driveway and any parking areas.
