RE: ST. CROIX APARTMENTS a P.R.D.
Gentlemen:
This is to request final development approval for St. Croix.
Maintenance will be by single ownership.
Construction is scheduled to start August 15, 1984, with an expected
completion within 9 months.
The required improvements to West 5th Street will be completed during
the 9 month period.
Utility systems approvals are forthcoming.
The landscaping plan is attached.
