BILL OF ASSURANCE
WHEREAS, the undersigned, Knoebl Properties, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability
company, is the owner of the following described land lying in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to wit:
Lots — S , , and �� , Block 9, Pfeiffer's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, the said Knoebl Properties, LLC hereinafter termed Grantor, for
and in consideration of the benefits to accrue to it and it hereby acknowledges to be of value, has
caused to be made a re -plat of said lands, said plat being attached hereto showing a survey made
by Paul M. White, Registered Land Surveyor, dated 2015 showing the bounds and
dimensions of the property now being re -platted into two lots.
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and
Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of
the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
Permanent easements for drainage, laying and maintaining sewer pipes and mains and for
the installation and maintenance of utilities are created and reserved over, across and through said
lands as shown on attached plat.
All buildings on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the building line
shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code
and Zoning Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. ?I A- 1)r G JS4 2 3-"
The lands embraced in said Plats shall be forever known as Lots 1 and 2, MARKHAM-
TYLER MEDICAL CENTER ADDITIONA to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
and in order to give the strictest and most lasting perpetuation of all things contained herein the
said Grantor will cause this Bill of Assurance and Plat attached hereto to be authenticated and
recorded in the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder's Office's records of Pulaski County,
Arkansas.

I have reviewed the plat submitted by White Daters. CenterPoint Energy currently operates facilities in the alleyway
running parallel to A and Markham Streets. I do not see any changes to this alleyway's ROW, therefore CNP does not
have conflicts with the proposed.
Please see the attached PDF for the signed copy of the plat.
