Rock, AR 72223. Our primary residence is 8405 and it is currently zoned for more than one
residence. However, the house at 8411 is zoned for only one residence. We would like to build
three tiny houses on the 8411 Ferndale property to rent long term and/or short term. We rent
out the existing house at 8411 Ferndale as a long term rental. We would just like to add three
tiny houses to the zoned single residence home at 8411 Ferndale Cutoff. Ultimately, the goal
will be to make the existing house at 8411 a short term rental and one of the small houses
added as a short term rental as well. The other small houses will be long term rentals.
We would like to build the first 2 houses starting in August if all goes well with approval of new
zoning. Once these 2 houses are complete and up and running we would like to begin building
the 3rd and final house in November.
