1. Provide revised site plan showing distance from new houses from front and north side property lines.
2. Provide phasing plan for new construction.
3. Note which structures will be long-term rentals and which will be short-term/long- term rentals.
4. Will the entire residence be rented, or will you be renting individual bedrooms?
