I received this from my work email, not sure why my personal email did not get this. That being said I hope it’s not too late to respond.
I will bring you a new site plan that shows the distances you asked for tomorrow, May 15.
I would like to begin construction of the first 2 new houses by August 2024. Once complete and up and running I would like to begin construction of the 3rd house by November 2024.
I want to designate the existing 3/2 house already on the property and one of the new construction houses as short term rentals. The other 2 new houses would be dedicated to long term
rentals.
The entire resident will be rented. No individual renting of the bedrooms would be allowed at any of the properties.
“comments from other departments” Can you tell me what the “life safety inspection” means?
