Staff will be forwarding notice to the applicants on the April 11, 2024, agenda next week. However, the notice is attached along with the instructions for submittals. You will receive
this again next week.
Please provide the following notice exhibits below to Development staff
Proof of notification. (Completed attached Notice of Public Hearing Form).
Copy of the certified abstract List. (Name and address of all property owners of lands lying within 200 feet of the boundary of the property must be from an abstract company).
Certified mail receipts (The small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed by the post office. Please fill out the receipts to include the landowner’s address provided by
the title search).
Finally, as a reminder, applicants are required to provide a photo to staff demonstrating the sign provided by this office was posted at the site. Please note the sign must be visible
from the street.

This link, str-2-application-2.pdf (littlerock.gov), provides the application for Short-Term Rentals. The attached documents, SRT Ordinance and the 2024 PC Calendar are attached respectively.
The filing deadline is in the left column and the PC meeting date, right column.
Submit your application to staff by January 16, 2024 and staff will place the application on the March 14, 2024 agenda.
