A. Site History
At the March public hearing, a replat was approved on
this site. At that time, the Commission approved
deferment of street improvements until the site plan
was reviewed.

Both the Fire Department and Water Works have submitted
comments. Staff is not opposed to the project.

D. Staff Recommendation
Approval, subject to street improvements required by
Engineering.
E. Subdivision Committee Review
The application was passed to the Commission.
F. ^ Planning Commission Action:
The applicant was present. There were no objectors.
The item was discussed by the Planning Commission and
it was determined that notices should be sent out to
the surrounding area, including the State Capitol,
since the project had such a visual impact on the area.
The plan was reported to be in conformance with the
ordinance, technically. A motion was made to defer the
item for two weeks so that notices could be sent out.
The motion passed by a vote of: 8 ayes, 0 noes and
3 absent.
