This is to certify that we have surveyed part of the S}, SE#, NEI of Section 16, T-1-14,
R-13-W Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the SE corner of said SE; NE#; thence N54011'001-W 311.0' to a point on the
Westerly R/W line of Shackleford Road; thence N7015100"E along the Westerly R/W line
of said Shackleford Road 283.5'; thence N8304510011W 123.5' to the Point of Beginning;
thence S3033113" W 252.33' to a point on the North line of West 36th Street; thence
N70000'51"W along the North line of West 36th Street 173.53'; thence N14039'09"E
202.44'; thence S88030'15"E 127.55' to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.770
acres, more or less.
The above described property was surveyed in accordance with property lines established
and agreed upon by Mr. I.B. anthony and Mr. Raymond Ellsworth and depicted on a
survey plat by Robert C. Lowe. Jr., RLS #12 (Ark), dated June 7, 1971; in accordance
with a survey by Orson B. Jewell, RLS #245 (Ark), dated April 21, 1969; and 'in
accordance with the existing monuments and apparent property lines of the area. The
existing improvements are as shown on the plat. At the time of the survey, no
encroachments were noted other than those shown hereon. The use of this survey and
plat is limited to the parties named hereon.
